  4. @Harumi: yeah when I told you about the deer I totally forgot how long ago I had seen him... and like Kirigalpoththa said, he must be a fully grown animal now and is probably living in the wild... :)

He was really really cute and was amazingly tame too... :)

    Thanks for the comments guys!

  5. Ya ne.. it must have grown nice antlers too.

And If I remember right, below the big pond near the library there was a thick jungle.. so prolly this deer is living there with its relatives. ^__^

Wow.. you guys are lucky. I have never pet a deer.. but I have pet a baby elephant once, when I was a lil taller than its height. =D

  6. @Harumi: yep! :D they look like they're growing out in this pic! :)

yep hopefully it's living happily in the forest... the way they're meant to! :)

awww! you should visit Yala, the deer there are really really friendly! :D haha elephants can be scary sometimes no? :D I supposedly went under an Elephant's belly once in Katharagama lu! :D I don't really remember though, coz I was a tiny barely-walking baby back then... :D

Thanks for the comment Harumi! :)

they look so innocent, men. Last time I was one running wild was in Trinco - near a kovil - when I was a kid. :)
hehe - i didt have the guts to go up n pet it though...

  8. @black: hehe :D yeah Trinco is quite famous for it's deer herd, but I saw on TV that some of them had digestion problems after eating garbage wrapped in polythene bags... :( they're quite harmless though, you should totally pet one next time you visit Trinco! :D

Thanks for your comment Black! :)
